HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET TREATMENTS?

Treatments are recommended for a series of 4-6 treatments, once per month for 4-6 months.
4 treatments is most common, and 6 for more damaged skin.

Results begin to show within 1-2 weeks and continue to improve throughout each month. This allows the time necessary for the body to produce collagen.
​
Nano-microneedling & facial/cosmetic acupuncture are safe to receive between regular microneedling treatments, at least 2 weeks after the microneedling treatment.

ARE THERE ANY CAUTIONS?
Yes, we advise that you do not schedule microneedling treatment the same week as special events or important photographs. Please avoid taking anti-inflammatory medication, drinking alcohol, or taking fish oil/omega-3 for the 3 days prior to your microneedling treatment, to help minimize bleeding.

ARE THERE ANY CONTRAINDICATIONS?
Yes, microneedling is contraindicated for certain conditions: bleeding disorders, blood thinner/anticoagulant use, undergoing chemotherapy or radiation, moderate to severe skin disease (i.e. eczema, psoriasis), severe keloids, severe hypertension, pregnancy, acute allergic reaction, and after recent microdermabrasion, Botox or fillers.
